Great American Dessert Expo Crap !

Posted on March 18, 2008 at 12:00pm 12 Comments

OK who else is pissed at these freaking people from Great American Dessert Expo calling every 3 hours claiming that they're still affiliated with the CoffeeFest* and begging you to buy admission tickets??

They keep calling my cell phone @ that!

Not just that but after attending the Coffee Fest Atlanta (which was tons of fun by the way) I noticed all these companies were "cold calling" me and saying I gave them my number at their booth when I KNOW full well I didn't… Continue

Looks like a great space! I would love to visit when I'm in the ATL next. I honestly love seeing people of color doin' big things in this industry. So often I find myself one of the few people of color in the room anytime I'm at an espresso bar. I hope to take this style of coffee back to NY myself someday.

Hi Loren -- Congratulations on such a great shop! It definitely looks like you're doing everything the right way! I'm very new to the industry, and will be opening my shop late this summer. It's so great to see people taking coffee and the business of it so seriously. Good luck !
