There are many great espresso slingers around the Southeast U.S., and this group's in honor and celebration of them. Also, although not as famous, there are lots of great baristas showing the country that we got skills, too. We are also educating our area what good coffee is. Whether it's Java Jaay's Coffee in Decatur, AL, Octane Coffee in Atlanta, or Dilworth Coffee in Charlotte, the art and scene are being improved upon everyday!

Anyone out there from Wake County, NC operating under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture? I am curious about your menu and whether you have tried to incorporate lunch type foods as part of your offerings. We are exploring the possibilty of a wine bar and with that we would like to expand our food offerings to some non-sweet items.
