Have just joined this group. Am founder of an on premise, real time customer feedback system that figures out what a coffee shop is doing well / badly, and what needs fixing first. Means customers wont defect. Looking for friends, contacts and partners. Looking forward to connecting. Thanks

I writing today to find out ,, How is everyone else coffee business going. With this economy, are you making it, or are you doing something that's working for you and maybe would help other coffee shops? Like my self. I started to be open at on 1st friedays trying other ways to get more people to come in. I 'm offering BYOB to my coffee shop and then mix it with a coffee drink,, I'll tell you all about this after June 5 . if it worked and how much fun we had and how much $$ I make...
