day 1



It was cold outside this morning, and I didn't approve.Had it been hot in the N.O. I would have been okay with it. Whatever, the morning is starting of the right way. whoooaaa Anaheim

What up y'all (where yat) to all my SNOBS. So Bob Arcenaux and I have made it to anaheim, ( it looks like houston, which looks like dallas, which looks like Metarie( sorry Baby) , the only differnce is it's got hills. I wasn't that scared on the flight which is awesome because i'm not a fan of flying . Next year in houston will be great. not a bad drive .

Ranting

What up folks, checking in with ya, just letting you know how the first competition went. “So how did it go?” you ask. I it was okay, for a first try. We 've all learned a lot in the past week in what it means to compete in a barista competition. I think a pretty good explanation is somewhere between Iron Chef and Figure Skating in the Olympics. to all you halfway descent shops and cafes out there...YOU FUCKING SUCK

i'm fucking tired of going into places and getting a dirty little demitasse filled with hot black water with a little red foam on the sides......at least it was hot...theres a knob near the hopper collar that makes your grind finer or more course.
kill yourself ,so somebody else can try to make me happy
