Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills and what you can offer in regards to an exchange.: We have a medium volume shop. We attempt to keep up with what we feel are current methods for producing the best drinks. We have a roasting site one block away from the coffeeshop. I am a former USBC judge as far as training goes.
