Barista Certification and training. We are also interested in discussing in more detail the concept of the "Third Wave" occurring in the coffee industry. We have always been passionate about the coffee, roasting, relationships with our vendors and where the products we purchase come from, sustainability, the environment and the direction of the coffee industry.

About My Company:
Enrico's Tazza D'Oro is located in Pittsburgh, Pa. We currently have 9 employees and 8 of them are certified basistas. Our roaster is Batdorf and Bronson, located in Olympia, WA. We have an extremely loyal customer base and believe we have created a cultural oasis of a diverse community of people who appreciate the quality of our coffee and espresso and a high quality espresso bar.

Amy - posted a couple things on the Pittsburgh group board here. Ward wants to do another jammie-thing Sun 2/10, we're doing the competition run-through on Thur 2/7 if interested. Couple of us will be up next week. Probably Tuesday.
