Today I am enjoying a very nice organic Sumatra from Salt Lake Roasting Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coffee always tastes better when on vacation.

All the best,

Actually been sipping 'spro derived from Brazil Ipanema off/on all day. Will visit roastery tomorrow to work on signature blend of this Brazil combined with my favorite for drip, Ethiopia Sidamo. Want those buttery, nutty notes from the Brazilian to meet up with the fruity, winey notes of the Ethiopian. Really looking forward to it... Later!
Currently drinking a Zirikana, Rwanda: Bufcafe. Absolutely superb. Chemexed at 41g of coffee to 500g of water. 4 minute steep time. Peach nectar dominates most of the pallet, along with a hint of nut. I would say walnut and cashew. I am in love.
Today I am enjoying a Ikirezi, Burundi. A bright coffee with notes of green apple and wildflower honey. AMAZING!
I just finished putting together a three bean espresso blend, today; Ethiopian Amaro Gayo & Sidamo + Guatemalan Aturu.
Just had a ChemeX of Rawanda. Don't know the specifics other than the peach flavor in it was so intense. It was roasted by 1000 Faces if that helps.
Full City Coffee roaster's espresso blend. I brewed it using my travel coffee press from Dutch Bros. This afternoon I'm thinking of preparing a hot cup of Caffe Pacori's Caffe Freddo African blend cold water extract coffee.
Cascade Estates out of Eugene, Oregon. I brewed it using my new "shaker" brewing method. Rich, creamy, unusually full bodied & mellow. c[_]
Really bad hotel coffee in Managua, Nicaragua. Didn't sleep at all on the trip down here last night, I need coffee, and coffee!
Just opened a bag of Black Cat Organic. First shot was extremely smooth but needs a bit of fine tuning. Yum!
Ethiopian P2059... haha. That's what I know it as so far :0)

CI's description was more or less what I was getting, but I didn't really catch jasmine...
