Hey Brother. It was really good to see you in ATL. Paul stopped by yesterday and dropped off the Sweet Tooth Espresso. We pulled shots this morning and got some great flavors out of it (walnut, slight banana, and soft fruit tones,really well balanced). I am glad that the Underground Parcel Service worked so well from San Francisco to Houston. I spoke with Cyndi from Katz, and she thoroughly appreciated the training you gave her. I'm really liking your last post on rootcoffee. Hope you don't mind if i use it to help create discussion at the cafe i work at. For a wholesale account we have quite a bit of information about the coffee we are selling, but there is always room for growth amongst the staff and relations with customers.
