yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am always learning. A firm believer in the truth that coffee is science. Not caught up in the hype of methodology. Good coffee comes from good extraction and well-sourced beans. Good coffee is made by good people who are educated and can educate others. I am not a fan of pretentious shops where everyone acts too cool for school. Get over yourself and excellently serve excellent coffee to everyone; farmer fred to fanny finance major...I'd sure like to run into someone who has about 100k of capital lying around for my caffeinated future.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Central America, East Africa, Europe (Italy, France, Germany)
About Me:
at the end of the day, it's just coffee.
About My Company:
Dunn Bros is a twin cities-based coffee franchising company that stresses good relationships with farmers and fresh beans by roasting daily in store. That is where the quality begins and we hope it carries into each cup of coffee and each beautiful latte.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Adapting.
