About Me:
I was a barista for 3 years in Austin, worked at two different shops there, the last one was Caffe Medici, then became interested in Roasting and got the job with Cuvee Coffee Roasting Company in Spring Texas. I am a regional and USBC competitor. I was runner up in 2007 at the first ever South Central Regional Barista Competition.
