About Me:: Started off working for a liquid coffee company in the mid-eighties, moved to a very good coffee roaster in LA in the late 80's as a tech working on machines, moved into sales as an espresso specialist then as an account executive selling coffee and machines, moved to another excellent roaster in Santa Barbara selling coffee and machines then on to ESI for eight years selling machines, recently purchased by Franke and continue selling machines and service support only to the trade

About My Company:: Franke Coffee Systems North America is a wholly-owned company of Franke Holdings Switzerland

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: the people and of course, the coffee
