Got back to Louisville a couple days ago after attending Coffee Fest in NYC/Jersey.  Now that I've had some time to decompress, I just want to send out a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made the trade show and latte art competition such a pleasant experience.  You all really made a Kentucky boy feel welcome.  I hope to see many of you around the bend as events come and go but for now, just know that you made quite an impression and I can't wait for the next chance to compete with those of you who are so inclined and spend time just geeking out with the rest of you.

For those of you who haven't had the chance to attend Coffee Fest or are wondering if it's worth the trip, JUST GO!  We really do work in an exciting industry with wonderful, accommodating people who never mind taking time out to encourage our peers and learn from one another other.
