Well I got something for rainy days, is called "Nirvana" really simple. In a 6oz cup put 1oz of any dark chocolate and 1oz of toasted marshmallow. Use regular milk, but as you would for a capuccino, but first mix 1oz of milk with the chocolate and the syrup, then pour as you do for a cap. The result so much sugar you wont stop smiling after the first sip. This one really work for me when I'm on the down side. Enjoy.
My personal favorite espresso drinks are pretty simple - double espresso, 8oz double americano, or 12oz double iced americano if its warm.

However there are 3 more unusual drinks that I'll pull out if someone wants something different:

Iced "Cappuccino": a little warm microfoam spooned over a rocks glass full of ice, swirled to cool then add a little cold milk mixed with a single espresso. Stir to combine.

Jittery Leprechaun: double espresso + a little Monin irish cream syrup + 1oz warmed half and half in a macchiato cup, topped with whipped cream.

Vanilla Espresso Bomb: double espresso + a little Monin vanilla, shaken then served over ice in a rocks glass.

I'm going to start working on my signature beverage very soon, and want to add them to the menu briefly once they get close. This is a great way to get practice and feedback on your sig bev, and I'm going to need all the help I can get!
The two drinks that I enjoy most but aren't offered on the menu:

1. Essentially a Macchiato....Except before pulling the shot into the demitasse I sprinkle a thin layer of cinnamon into the bottom.

2. Using a 8oz. cup I use half a pump of almond syrup, pull the shot over the syrup, sprinkle on some cocoa powder and then pour the milk.
I just tried your "Death in a Cup" today and boom, it was so good. Also I tried with heavy cream, but need to think another way to heat up the milk, steaming was not a good idea. Thanks for the idea.
