We wanted to check to see if any of you might know someone who is wanting to open a coffee shop in the TN area. A great customer of ours has to close his doors after only 5 weeks of business...his job has been re-located and there just wasn't enough working capitol to make this shop work as well as managing from another state. It's a great location, he has invested $175,000 into it but now needs to recover some of the cost. He is willing to take a substantial loss of more then $100,000 less then invested. We don't normally get too involved with this kind of situation but these are great people and we feel that we need to offer any kind of assistance that we can.
