I am trying to take some steps towards one day starting up a small roasting company and so am trying to work out how I am going to offer a decent amount of services to my customers. Espresso machine maintenance and repair is one of the things I am adamant about offering.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting some training or at least exposure to this? Is this something I can learn myself or should I be looking at out-sourcing it to a "professional"
Thanks,
Pangi

Espresso machine maintenance can become a real pain. We've have had this service in Coffea for about a year, and it honestly takes your ease away. People will call at any time to say their machine is broken, and you have to be there to support them. But its definitely profitable, and yet another way to ensure your coffee is being done right, and on machinery that's working efficiently. Hire a professional, but lear everything you can yourself.
