I have a friend who is new to coffee, but is very interested in learning about coffee, and is the type of person to really get into something in an over the top way once he starts learning about it. Are you considering taking on people who would be starting from scratch, or are you looking for people with a certain baseline of experience?

im interested! i just came off managing a drive thru in the south bay. i live in downtown la and would still like to be in coffee. let me know what you need :]

Thanks to BOTH of you for responding so quickly! I'd love to meet up so i can tell u more about the cafe, what we're about, and what we're looking for. Experience would be great, but even just a major interest and passion for coffee is acceptable, it's a great starting point. Ü if you yelp us (Tiago), u will understand a bit more about what we're doing, and based on a recent bad review (staff related), u will also understand why it's so important for us to find the perfect fit.
