We use the Jabez Burns three burner. When I was at Krispy Kreme Coffee, we used the same thing. Gas obviously, and it gives you the ability to dial in the roast similar to a drum roaster...
Pinhalense gas two burner, it's a Jabez Burns type with a nominal per barrel capacity of 500g.
