I heard out there somewhere in coffee land a shop was using paper cups for all iced drinks. That resonated with me. I have limited space and I am always running to get 3 sizes of solo pastic cups. We always have paper of course, it is easy to manage. What would be the up and down side of using hot cups for all "iced" beverages?

technically, they're nicks.
and technically, I do things the way they're supposed to be done.
If I get a time out for that, then there's something wrong with the system.

What brand of glasses did you buy? I've been checking out various brands and styles so I'm curious as to what you picked out. I'm looking for something very durable, but still cool looking. Curious to hear back from you. - John

for "in house" iced drinks.
I dont do to go.

no togo? how does that work out for you?
I decided to continue with plastic to go cups. I was looking at this thought from being "cheap". I also use glass tumblers for in house but not consistent enough. I am going to demand usage of glass from staff on all in house.
