What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, manager, coffee shop owner
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Normal, IL
How many years have you been in the industry?
4yrs (since mid 2005)
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I own Fusion Brew, a Bubble Tea & Espresso Cafe, located on the edge of the Illinois State University campus in Normal, IL. We opened December of 2005 and my daughter, Sarah, manages the cafe. I work as much as possible at the cafe and get great satisfaction out of serving our customers and introducing them to new drinks. Our dual focus is not to diminish the attention we place on our Espresso and we are already gaining a local reputation for having outstanding Espresso drinks.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love to travel so most cities intrigue me.
About Me:
I am a computer professional by trade and my travels have introduced me to a great number of interesting culinary experiences. One of those, Bubble Tea, caught my interest and has become the unique offering of our cafe. As I've traveled with my family we have also grown to love independent espresso cafes. Our love for quality espresso drinks combined with my interest in the unique was the foundation for Fusion Brew.

We use Coffee Shop Manager in our shop and I have used ZoneCD in the past.

If you don't mind my inquiry
How did you import the codes into CSM and then print them out?

I am currently using the WebBeams solution which is a great solution for the hands off non technical type.

but you have very little control over things yourself and it is kind of pricey.

If you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

thanks, Roger
