Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Over the past eight years, my managerial and experience professional development has been focused on exposing and developing the effectiveness and efficiency of retail operations and customer service management. Due to my ability to constructively interact with my team, while maintaining leadership, oversight, direction and productivity, I was promoted from Barista to General Manager.

As a General Manager, I was responsible for designing, developing, documenting and maintaining policies and procedures for day-to-day operations including employee management, protocol procurement and profitability analysis. In addition, I have developed a keen ability to concurrently manage multiple projects while meeting deadline. Examples of such work include but are not limited to the operational oversight of 11+ retail stores and the project management/execution in opening/launcing two national (New York City and Los Angeles) and one regional retail store.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
My interest in travel has no boundaries.
About Me:
I have lived in Seattle for 10 years but began working in specialty coffee (at a micro-roastary) in 2005 when finishing my studies in Biomedical Science.
About My Company:
I left the coffee industry for the first time in 10-years this past month and hope to keep connected by offering business consultation (mobile and/or brick and mortar) for new, old and prospective business owners.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
that every cup of coffee is unique and special
