- I teach college economics and own a coffee roastery - coffee bar. I find the economics of the coffee market totally fascinating, and my students end up knowing much, much more about coffee than others their age.
- About My Company:
- The Beanery Coffee Roasters sources coffee from all of the coffee growing regions. Although we offer organic, fair trade, bird-friendly, and Rainforest Alliance certifications, we also offer some great conventional coffees. Taste is our #1 mission, supporting sustainable growing methods and supporting our local community are our other two missions.
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- so much to love...roasting coffee and discovering new flavors and aromas tops my list.
