Carter,
You are most welcome. This site has brought me tons of encouragement and friends. Best support forum I have found. When I took Coffee and Business Courses and training at the 2007 SCAA convention at Long Beach Ca., one of the classes had to do with hiring. Basically they said don't waste time hiring and firing. Just focus on the one person who is so hungry to learn and is eating, breathing, bleeding coffee like you or me in this case. The passion you are showing me now is what will carry you into this wonderful coffee world. We are very small at the moment but I'm keep my eye out for someone like you. If you can any way possible make the next SCAA World Exposition in Anaheim Ca. on April 15 - 18 I would highly recommend it. If not find and attend any and all Coffee Fests you can. Courses are inexpensive and very inspiring.
Warm wishes and may only the finest coffee creama grace your cup...

Hey Carter,

My group and I are students of the Hotel School at Cornell University and are conducting industry research about coffee consumption in the hospitality industry. We're assessing why people buy the coffee that they buy based on their coffee education level.

We would appreciate your participation in our quick survey and value your responses. Please note that all your answers will be kept confidential and used for research purposes only.

Thank you for your feedback. If you have any questions, feel free to message me back.

Sincerely,

Jaimee Estreller
