About Me:

I love coffee! I worked for 15 years in photography/video production in L.A., now I am a medical radiation physicist at a major medical center in Israel. As a coffee roaster I get to fuse art and science--and then drink my work. What a thrill and pleasure. L'Chaim!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

In coffee there is so much variety and new things to experiment and learn every day
