It was great meeting you at the SCAA show. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me. I got the chance to talk to George as well. He's a very nice guy, I was really fortunate to have a few minutes with him. Once again, thanks, and take care.

Ryan,
I am hosting another small Barista Jam here at our facility in Minneapolis on Thursday, April 17th from 10 a to 2 p and want to both invite you to attend or assist, and to see if I can post it on the Madison group as an open invite.
This jam will not be competive based but will be intended for the purpose of meeting others, sharing and learning. We will provide lunch and goodies and all coffee needed. I have invited some local experts for questions and or sharing as requested.
Let me know if you or anyone of your crew wish to attend/assist and/or if I have permission to post it.
Thanks
Kevin Selig

That took forever for me to get back to you, sorry. I have been doing a lot of catching up with everything since I got back. I had a great time in Madison, and New York for that matter. I am moving to New York and don't think that I'll be back in time to meet you in July but hopefully since I'll be closer to Madison while I NY I could meet you. Hope you liked the coffees! Cheers!

thanks for the good luck wish..too bad I just saw it today. I have been to busy with school to get on here.

If you have any free time, it would be cool to get together and talk about how it went.

I home roasted some rwanda in a cast iron skillet and tried it today. I think it turned out pretty good, not quite as nutty as with a clover, but it has a little spicy note to it which i like.

Ryan,
Thanks for the comment/reply. I apologize for the post. I just thought it would be appropriate for this group being so close to Milwaukee. I will focus any future post as you requested
Thanks much

Ryan, that was extremely helpful and even more so extremely motivational! I made it up to Josh's store today too...thanks for the good recommendation. I hope to continue talking to you as my idea progresses.
