Woohoo! We now have our 1st Podcast available! I am very excited to start doing these podcasts every month or two, and will be inviting guests who have insight on the specialty coffee industry from a baristas perspective and more.

This first Podcast features Christopher Nicely Abel Alameda who works at Vivace in Seattle, WA. Christopher went on a week long Barista Exchange to Puerto Rico to work at "Barista Espresso Bar" owned by Enid Guerra, fellow bXer who recently opened her shop after attending the American Barista & Coffee School. We also discuss the Millrock Latte Art Competition coming up at Coffee Fest in a couple weeks.

Podcast is 15 minutes. Click here to listen to it in full.

Thanks!

Matt it sounds OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to come down and speak with you. Thank you again for tossing that idea out there and coming up with this amazing network. I hope anyone who listens to it realize how much they can benefit from this. Talk to you soon!
Fantastic podcast. With other podcast out there, it would seem that the first few podcasts are "OK" or or the sound is "off" or whatever, because your getting used to the equipment and the concept, but your just starting off with a bang! Congrats! I look forward to more episodes.
Are there any currently running podcasts on specialty coffee?October 2009
Many that are published, stopped in 2008.
Only thing I have found (not on iTunes) is http://www.coffeecupnews.org. This is a video blog like thing. Jason Coffee reviews coffee and collects followers on twitter ;-P
I am looking to see if there are any new "news" in the industry that is being published in audio. I am on the road a lot and reading the blogs are a bit ... unsafe while l drive.
Podcasts are SO 2008 ... just kidding. I plan to do a few more soon.
