Where are you located? ( City and Country )
How many years have you been in the industry?
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm extremely enthusiastic about coffee and everything related. I am proficient in espresso preparation, customer service, and espresso machine maintenance.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I enjoy the finer things in life, anything one can imbibe I am interested in. Wine/Beer/Scotch(ISLAY!!!)/Bourbon/Coffee of course!
Love food! I've had the good fortune to work beside/for some very talented chef's. I love making my customers happy and instilling the wow! factor in them. I love preparing espresso, teaching espresso prep, working with my hands/building things, martial arts, reading, eating, gardening, music, cars (more specifically RX-7's!) and surrounding myself with people that I can learn from.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

That's a plan! I really want to get out there to where you are some time really soon. Weekends are really the only time, and carting the whole family out there is a bit difficult, especially with my wife due in a few weeks. Maybe after a month or two Ill have some time. If you need any help finding a place in South City, let me know!
Great seeing you this weekend! It's too bad you could not cmpete this year. Are you thinking about going for it next year? I am tossing up the idea of judging next year. Not sure yet. So, you are no longer with Picasso's. Now with Goshen? How is that going? I really need to get over there some time. I live really close to Local Harvest and two blocks from Sweet Art. I drink the love from the Land of Goshen while there. It's good to know you guys are out there trying hard to do things right. St. Louis has a long way to go, but I think we've come a long way as well!! Talk to you later man!
What's going on man? Things are good down here. I would love to pay you a visit next time I'm up. I'll need directions and all that stuff. I was just up last Fri. How are things going up there? Still putting out amazing drinks?
No worries about the pitcher. Like I said, I think the goal should be to support one another no matter what the circumstances. I keep hearing about community in the barista world, I think it's time some of us start living it!!!
