Just wondering if anyone is having as much trouble with this economy as we are? we are in a small town that has very little coffee culture and as such common marketing ideas don't seem to work.( i.e. buying local, buying based on quality, fairtrade and sustainable, etc.) Has anybody tried somthing different with some sucsess.

I have heard a few times that "Flat is the new Up."
Would be interested to hear about how adding wine to the menu has worked out.
