What is your position in the coffee industry?: coffee enthusiast

Where are you located? ( City and Country ): Brantford, Ontario, Canada

How many years have you been in the industry?: I can't remember when I started drinking it. :-) I am considering opening a coffee shop sometime in the future.

About Me:: I am a coffee lover. :-) I have been considering opening an organic coffee and tea house sometime in the future so my choice to be here is to learn what I can about coffee and the coffee industry. Also to make new friends and have some fun with intellectual discourse on the subject of coffee. :-) Now I am going to go and look up the word Barista. LOL Shows you what I know doesn't it?

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: The smell. The taste. The conversation that always seems to be part of the ritual.
