- We work with both independently-owned stores and franchisees, as well as corporate-owned specialty coffee retailers across the country.
- About Me:
- Speciatly retail coffee enthusiast who has been servicing the industry for eight years with gourmet-baked goods line. Co-owner of Hannah Banana Bread Company, a provider of gourmet-caliber baked goods. Also served as public relations executive for eight years and news reporter for five years. Obtained M.B.A. in 2002 from Lake Forest Graduate School of Managment (Lake Forest, IL) and B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 1992.
Philsosophy on working with customers is to first gain an understanding of their baked goods needs before providing advice on which products to carry. Not entirely consumed with idea of selling products from Hannah Banana Bread Company's line, but would like to introduce them to coffee shop owners and managers who are intersted.
- About My Company:
- Hannah Banana Bread Company is a provider of gourmet-caliber baked goods that offer a perfect complement to a morning cup of high-end coffee. The firm was established by my wife, Lisa, in 2000 while she was on extended maternity leave from her position as an investigator for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.
Lisa got the firm off the ground by adding unique twists to her grandmother's baked goods recipes, producing samples and presenting them to local coffee shops near our home in north suburban Chicago. Nearly seven years later, we are now providing multiple variations and flavors of Hannah Banana Bread products to independently-owned, as well as franchisee- and corporate-owned specialty food retailers across the country. We still love working with small coffee shops, of course, and welcome anyone to give us a call, regardless of how big or small your operations may be.
Our products can be shipped by the loaf for on-site preporation, as well as be prepared in pre-sliced or sliced and wrapped variations. Products stay fresh frozen for 3 months and offer a hearty shelf-life of 2-3 days when served at room temperature. Minimum order quantities start at 45 slices per order to accommodate retailers with minimium freezer capacity.
