What is your position in the coffee industry?: barista, coffee enthusiast

Where are you located? ( City and Country ): Australia

How many years have you been in the industry?: Since 2003

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?: maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills and what you can offer in regards to an exchange.: I've been in love with coffee from the very first bean. At the moment, I'm working in a chocolate cafe as part of an awesome team of 3 champion baristas. I've tested out competitions with reasonably satisfying results but lately have been lucky enough to do some sensory and technical judging at 2 different comps. Very recently I've been working with a local roaster and have become rather interested in that side of the beans.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: I'm quite open minded about countries to visit but I'll be spending a lot of time in Europe and Eastern Europe for the next few years.

About Me:: I'm very much in love with the magical coffee which has taken up most of my time in the past few years. I'm coming to Copenhagen for the WBC; that will be the start to a major caffeine high all over the world.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: The unlimited potential to discover more.
