We will work to create an efficient, creatively electric, organized environment for ourselves, our staff and our customers. We share a passionate enthusiasm for bringing freshly roasted, individually prepared coffee and espresso to the palates of the uninitiated. Our intention is to contribute to raising the standard of what is expected in espresso and single origin coffees and to provide a solid, consistent product one cup at a time.

Workflow (just a sample of the core of what we are)
is a reliably repeatable pattern of activity enabled by a systematic organization of resources, defined roles and mass, energy and information flows, into a work process that can be documented and learned. Workflows are always designed to achieve processing intents of some sort, such as physical transformation, service provision, or information processing.
Find the rhythm with your co- workers, knowing and understanding each others capabilities. Workflow is also multitasking and utilizing time management. Processing drink orders according to a certain structured guideline that we will go over independely to gain more understanding of how to efficiently handle volume at a fast pace. Communication and efficiency on drink orders is most crucial. Being sure you understand what the customer wants by repeating their order back to them clearly. Writing on cups clearly and knowing what you can do to make the job faster and more efficiently without cutting in to the flow of production.
