What is your position in the coffee industry?: coffee shop owner

How many years have you been in the industry?: 2

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?: maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills and what you can offer in regards to an exchange.: French Quarter Style Coffee House - different fare than traditional midwest coffee houses. Baristas are well-trained but could use improvement. I can do some latte art but would like to improve. Drinks are consistent. Might be good to do exchange with owner to trade procedure, business, advertising, entertainment, etc. ideas.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Midwest, to start...Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, maybe Wisconsin and/or Ohio

About Me:: Sold lumber wholesale for 12 years...couldn't do Corporate America anymore...next logical step was coffee, right? Love New Orleans, so brought a little here to South Bend, IN.
