Coffee tastes best sipped by the seashore. How lucky I am to awake each morning in love with my profession - owning and operating my adorable little coffee shop. Making delicious espresso drinks are just a part of the entire picture that compliment my days worth. March of this year our coffee shop started "tipsy tuesday," by donating the entire days tip proceeds to our local food pantry. To date we have collected near $500 dollars which not only helps fill the shelves but also aided in the purchase of building materials for a permanent pantry in our local commons facility. I would like to inspire other coffee shops during this global time of need to incorporate "tipsy tuesday" and share with their communities and fill the shelves of food pantries everywhere.
