Done with roasting until Monday after Christmas. Just compared last year to this year and was a bit surprised at how much we've grown the past year, crept up me, in a good way:)

2010 12/15-12/24 roasted 49 batches. 2011 12/15-12/23 87 batches.

And this year's Christmas roasting actually seemed smoother going than last year! Like highly doubtful will need to roast tomorrow Christmas Eve like I did last year a quick 5 batches. OTOH if I HAD to because of ridiculous beanie sales the rest of today I would and wouldn't complain!
