I am looking all over the web for a Japanese cold coffee tower but can't seem to find one. Does anyone have one/know where to find one?

I saw this: http://onocoffee.blogspot.com/2009/05/towering-infernal.html . And want one. Haven't found much online, either, though. I suspect one could cobble someting together DIY style.
the Yama importer, northwestglass.com carries them. ice dripped brew is amazingly rich and delicious, enjoy!

That's the one. NW Glass. Nice people. Problem is that they don't seem to know how to get replacement paper filters for the tower (you'll see) but we've been using a cloth filter from a vac pot in its' place (makes no sense here but when you install the tower, you'll understand).

We've been using ours heavily for over a month now and it not only can brew fantastic coffee (providing your parameters and coffee selection are on the money) but it's a great conversation piece with customers.
How does the cup compare to Toddy style cold brewed for iced coffees. Obviously it's a gorgeous show piece and would love to have one. One of these days, $$$ is still tight...

thanks for all the help. It was just what I was looking for. We actually wanted a showy piece like that for cold coffee because of the traditional wood drinking bar feel we're going for. All taht beautiful worksmanship is worth showing off.
Blue Bottle Coffee in SF sells a Kyoto Ice Coffee tower in their store on Mint St. I don't see it on their website but I'm sure if you emailed or called them they could hook it up.
