In no particular order:

1. Ethiopian Illili Daratu Harrar (Barefoot)- dbl ristretto. The most balanced SO shot I've had that wasn't Misty Valley. Awesome dry baker's choco, smothered with a blueberry/cherry glaise, topped off with a cinnemon cream. Just awesome.

2. Kneebuckler Blend (Barefoot) - dbl ristretto. An Ethiopian Sidamo Oromia blend, one light one dark. Bowl full of oranges.

3. Guatemala Quezaitenango Nahuala (Barefoot) - French Press. Eerily similar to the Misty Valley out of a press, but more milk choco (albeit subtle), and more floral (jasmine and chrysanthumums baby!) notes.
1. Panama Carmen Estate - prepared in siphon, it's coffee Heaven.
2. Cappuccino with our Killer B espresso. Fantastic chocolate, nut, and dark plum flavors. Yummy!
3. Any hand-drip coffee from our good friend at "Link" in Osaka, Japan. His passion shines through in every cup.
Top 3:

Sumatra Aceh Gayo, pressed
Dbl cappuccino using Dilworth's espresso... though Black Cat and Toscano are nice too...
Yirg, pressed warm (gotta find out exactly which Yirg this is...)
Benza Lance~

I honestly don't know that I've ever broken down the flavor descriptors... and don't have the profile committed to memory. As much as I like the explosiveness of an Ethiopian, I like the easy comfort of the Sumatra. Nothing crazy - mellow earthy and dark. Interesting without being overly assertive. Kinda flies in under the radar like that early Meters funk - you can hit play and let it happen, it won't scream for your attention, but if you decide to start listening it'll change your world.
Benza~
You lucky dark soul!!I'm gonna have to check barefoot out, I haven't had Sidamo in a while is it still kinda hard to get or has the production increased?Ethio Rocks!!!!!!!

Brady~ I haven't had Sumatran in a while either!! Man you never really know how vast Coffee is till you start trying to be a coffee Tramp!!! I gotta get back on the war path, I'm missing out, btw I love the way you describe the experience, I must admit I went on a lil mental trip!!! I'm starting to feel the Sumatra!! lol...

Good Stuff Guys!!!This Is better than cupping w/o the side affects, o.k. not quite but...lol!!!
