Without knowing what your current brewing method is, it's hard to say.

But, all things being equal, the easiest, most repeatable way to make good coffee at home is (French) Press. Good burr grinder or conical burr coffee mill, fresh beans, press, and the ability to boil water and you're golden.

I like the pour-over method myself. I know it's super trendy in coffee shops now, but it's great for home use too! You just need filters, a grinder, and a coffee dipper (and, of course, an ability to boil water). Super easy and makes great coffee.

Aeropress all the way!

Agree with all of the above. A few other methods to look up if you're interested:

Clever Coffee Dripper

Kone by Able Brewing

Hario V60

Chemex

Siphon/Syphon (look for Yama or Hario brands)

I personally have a French Press, Aeropress, and V60 at home. But there are lots of great methods out there. Good luck!

Aeropress with Disk filter!

For convenience and repeatability, I would probably go with the Clever.  Clean-up is very fast (paper filter assumed), and you don't have to stand over it for the duration of the brew process.

French press: you don't have to stand over it either.. but cleanup can take awhile.

Pour-over method of your choice: clean-up is quick, but you do have to stand over it for the duration of the brew process.

Aeropress: probably the king of fast cleanup(albeit, the disk take a little longer), it's very flexible for brew parameter tweaking, and you can grind fine and shorten the dwell time if you're in a hurry.

Personally, I normally Chemex or Press in the mornings.  Espresso on weekends or afternoons.  (espresso is more for enjoyment for me, and I don't like to rush things I enjoy)

Cold brew with your French Press! Delicious coffee for the lazy brewer. Grind your beans, add room temp-cold water, cover, and walk away (or put it in the fridge). Come back in 8 hours or so and press. Perfect for your morning brew if you have the Bodum Travel Press.
