I just put on my chalkboard - Fall Drinks - Caramel Apple Latte, Cozy Maple Latte and Pumpkin Pie Latte.  I had different iced lattes listed for early summer and 3 different frozen blended drinks for late summer.  I like offering 3 -4 different drinks for 6-8 weeks instead of just one featured drink for the month.  You aren't tied in for the whole month.  It's a great way to try out new drinks and see if they sell.

I currently use Torani's Apple Syrup.  I just received samples of Monin's New Apple Pie flavored syrup and was impressed by that.  I ordered a bottle and am going to put it on my list of fall drinks when it comes in.  You can sign up on Monin's website to receive their Spring/Fall promotions.  They send you usually 3 sample bottles of new syrups along with recipe cards and signage for new drink creations.
