any graph of temp vs time will do as a bare min, tracking regions and cracks helps a great deal granted.....just whip one up in excel or word its what I did when I home roasted

that looks like the early ones I had, i remember writing every 30 seconds the temp and all these details...what a pain it was to do by hand!

I wanted to mention there is a sweeeet ap on my phone I use called....Cofee Roaster!  The only downfall of the program is it is only in Celsius!
