I have a spot for shop. in construction for expresso coffee and panini sandwich.
I don't konw about the coffee and expresso. but ,I have to buy a good expresso m/c. please recomand them for me. about $5k-$6K, thanks

Do you have a list of all the equipment you need to buy? Buying an Espresso Machine is not the hard part, its who you buy it from. If you buy a La Marzocco Linea you should be ok. I know there are good techs in the area. As long as you can get your machine serviced locally, that is the major concern. The Nuova Simonelli Aurelia is a good machine. Also nothing smaller then a 3 group or you'll be sorry.
