I'm currently getting a formal education in coffee at the Center for Barista Training in Indiana. I'm loving it, and I'm super sad that this is the last day. It's been an extremely concentrated dose of information that I'll probably be processing for weeks. And because I'm an intern at the roaster next door (and live in intern housing across the parking lot) I have access to the machines to practice literally anytime I want. It's pretty much coffee utopia.

Hey! Yes and no, mainly no. I might have something going soon, but I have yet to get any definite word. The good news is that I spent the rest of my savings on a used motorcycle and can enjoy my unemployment slightly more than before! Are you back in Portland town, or still in Indiana?
is it strictly for the Coffee or are you doing the Muncie Alliance Internship? I was the barista trainer there for a couple of years. Let me know when you get there and we can pour some latte art.
