Thanks for the note... I stopped (for the time being) with the Coffee 101 classes because attendance was hit or miss. My time of day/week was bad... I'll do them again, but I think I achieve the same results with free cupping's. It's just an opportunity to get in front of your customers and talk about how good your coffee is. We should talk more.
