Opened my shop 8 months ago, knowing nothing about the
coffee industry. Attended ABC school prior to opening.
Might abe able to offer insight as to opening your own shop.

Quit my profession of 35 years and opened coffee shop.
Biggest challenge of my life.
About My Company:
We sell all coffee drinks, plus do Paninis and sell Gelato.
Open 12 hours per day, 6 days per week.
Still new and growing, just a "baby".

Yay! Another awesome coffee shop in MI. I'm just up the road from you in Petoskey. I wish I had checked out who was around me sooner, I just drove past there a few weeks ago. Anyways, Way to go! and I hope I can stop in sometime soon.
