I have worked in South African, Australia and the United States. I have trained other baristas in general barista skills as well as latte art techniques.

I have experience working in a coffee shop where the coffee was roasted in-house.

I am 28 years old and have been in the coffee industry for over seven years. I am a musician and a surfer. Both activities I believe greatly influences my approach to coffee.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The fact that you have to be part explorer, part mad scientist, part visionary and completely crazy to be a part of it.
