Working for Elan Organic has allowed me to cup daily, examining different origins for espresso blending and more. I like to listen to others thoughts and am interested in learning more about blending.

I don't know if we ever met, but we certainly have crossed paths. I was in the Q-grading tests with one of your staff; I end up with some of your coffee through my current broker; someone is always mentioning your company. Maybe we should start a direct relationship? I'm tired of running out of organics.
