Gracias por escribir. Pues mira, yo no estuve desde el principio en la organización de la competencia, sin embargo fuimos patrocinadores en una o dos de las competencias. Yo recuerdo las primeras competencias, en realidad lo que valía era la confianza de los participantes y de los patrocinadores, ellos si creyeron en el experimento y vaya que ha funcionado. Definitivamente tiene que haber una persona enamorada del proyecto, en el caso de México tanto Arturo Hernández como Cleofas Arreola han sido clave para que permanezca y crezca la competencia. En estos últimos 2 años, la demanda por un lugar en la competencia es increible y hemos tenido que ser más estrictos en la selección. Tienes que cuidar a tus patrocinadores y a tus competidores, tu publicidad y promoción. No sé que más puedo decirte. Suerte con tu academia de baristas. Viva España!! la madre patria.
