What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, manager, coffee shop owner, barista trainer, coffee roaster, coffee enthusiast, entrepreneur
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Monongahela
How many years have you been in the industry?
2
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm fairly new to the coffee world. I learned very quickly once I'd opened my coffeehouse in 2010 and am always expanding my coffee horizons.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Nicaragua, Indonesia, Ethiopia
About Me:
I own and operate Little City Coffee in Monongahela, PA. I'm interested in learning everything I can about coffee sourcing, roasting, and cupping. Recently I've begun roasting coffee for my customers and I need access to as much knowledge and as many resources as possible so that my business can continue to be relevant and grow. I'm excited to continue learning.
About My Company:
I am building my roasting business in a small valley town in Western Pennsylvania, which is "behind the times" as far as coffee goes, for being so close to Pittsburgh. I'm working on offering "custom roasts" as a way of encouraging locals to explore coffee potential instead of just asking for a "bold roast" or a "dark roast". It's tough, but I'm in it for the long run and I'm learning every day.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
connecting with people and offering the kind of good, eye-opening experiences that will stick with them

The Java Sunda Candra Wulan:  light-bodied, bright and dynamic with toasted macadamia nut hinted in the aroma, salty and tangy on…
