Heis Roasters began because we saw a roaster that developed a smooth, bright and flavorful bean but had not been improved upon for 20 years. We deconstructed the original design and studied it in order to figure out what could be improved upon and what should be changed completely so that the fluid bed roaster could find it's place in the 21st century.
Our roasters are more energy efficient and allow the Roast Master more control over his/her roast and produces a clean, sweet and fragrant cup of coffee roast after roast.
