Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
At my shop we make all drinks from scratch. No mixes in anything. We even make our own wine syrup called Latte Vino (R). We brew organic Chai, sweeten it with Latte Vino and add steamed milk. All our smoothies are made with whole frozen fruit, milk and sweenened with natural syrups. We are small but offer the very best beverages around.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Just about anywhere.
About Me:
I'm a self taught great cook and I love to experiment with foods and life. My motto is try it, if it doesn't work, don't do it again, if it does - have fun with it.
About My Company:
I own a gourmet food shop called Prickly Pears Gourmet Gallery in Mexico Beach Florida. We have a small espresso bar that serves the highest quality drinks within 50 miles (or more). Because I'm a former bartender and I sell great wines as well as great espresso, I wanted to get wine into my espresso drinks. That didn't work so I came up with a wine syrup - Latte Vino(r). It may sound a little strange but it really works with espresso. It's not as sweet as traditional syrups and it doesn't cover up the flavor of the coffee. It's an all natural wine reduction that is sweetened with pure cane sugar. It also has unlimited food applications for example: it's great to mix with goat cheese and serve with fruit, add it to gelato or top ice cream, drizzle it over salmon, add it to whole grain mustard and use for grilling, pour it over sweet potatoes... Send us an email for more information and a free sample.

At Prickly Pears we also ahve a full line of high quality foods, fine wines, artisan cheeses, micro-brewed beers and local art. We have periodic wine and beer tastings, cooking classes, art classes and fund raising events.

Drop us an email or stop by if you find yourself in Mexico Beach, Florida (just east of Panama City).
