Profile Information

What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, coffee enthusiast
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Boulder
How many years have you been in the industry?
9
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
no
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have a big love of perfectly pulled shots and precisely steamed milk. The milk must be steamed to 140 deg. Unless it is soy and then 120 is the desired temp. I am a stickler for taste and consistency. If one wants wet steam then the correct swirling motion must be utilized.
I am less interested in appearence. At the end of the day I am drinking it not looking at it. If I want something to look at I will go to a museum. Give me the bitter taste of a dark rich bean on the centre of my tongue any day over burnt crap that looks nice.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I want to go everywhere.
About Me:
I am an artist/ writer/ thinker from Boulder. I work at a bar at night to support my need for art and life. O and I do not drink alcohol. Personal choice of remaining aware.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The falvor of it all. The drinks themselves and the conversations that take place over them.
